Arrival & Unwind

Namaste and welcome to Tivoli Grand. Colonnaded courtyards, sprawling lawns and a garden estate that feels a world away, twenty minutes from campus, no flights, no long transfers.

The afternoon is yours: a laid-back welcome brunch, room keys and MU welcome kits, then a slow slide into activity stations. Activities like these will be done: Minute-to-Win-It relays, Live trivia and MU Family Feud, Moshi Charades, and a heist-style indoor puzzle hunt.

As the sun drops, the cocktail lawn opens. Craft your own drink at the mixology bar, then dinner. The night rolls into an indoor Open Mic & Roast, and finishes long with a karaoke and acoustic jam.

Reflect, Create & Celebrate

Wake up slow. Guided yoga on the lawn, breakfast, then a long working morning: MU reflection kits, individual and team vision boards, and the Success / Gratitude / Failure boards laid out together.

Post-lunch is a content break: podcast conversations with department heads, employee features, interviews and candid photography. The retreat's story gets written in real time.

Evening flips the switch. Change, red carpet arrival, Awards & Recognition, a full gala dinner and a DJ night on the property.
